Wheeler Commercial Secures New Location for Code Red Safety

The team of Lee Wheeler and Erica Goss of Wheeler Commercial recently secured a new location for Code Red Safety in Nederland, TX.

The new location will allow for Code Red’s current and future growth. The 2619 Highway 69 location consists of 9,000 square feet of space with some yard space as well. Wheeler and Goss were able to negotiate a 5-year lease with the landlord completing some improvements to make it a better fit for Code Red. Deb Cowart and Tammiey Linscomb of Coldwell Banker Commercial in Beaumont represented the landlord.

The search for the location was a long and arduous one. Perseverance and patience paid off in the end and all their needs were met. “Rob Tepperman and his team were a joy to work with and we are pleased that we were able to be involved,” Erica Goss said. “NAI Partners out of Houston referred this deal to us and we were blessed to receive the work and to get to work with such a great group,” Lee Wheeler said.
