Today I was asked by all the regional State Farm agents to come speak at an event they are doing for their teams in SETX. So I will be speaking at that on August 1.

 I have 3 spoken on subjects like:

• Building Relationships that Work in business

• Sales

• Of course location and real estate topics

• I can put together presentations pretty good once I have something in mind.

All of this to say, I would like to do this but charge some kind of nominal fee to do so. I think if we had video content and subject matter on a site that was optimized to get people looking for speakers, we could capture some of that as an additional income stream for me.
