Unemployment Rates Down in Southeast Texas

According to the recent numbers the Beaumont-Port Arthur MSA unemployment rate dropped from 11.4% in September to 10.8% in October. Beaumont went from 11.1% to 10.5% and Port Arthur dropped from 15% to 14.3%. Across all three (Hardin, Jefferson and Orange) counties the rate dropped.
